The Great Pumpkin Patch...

For Preschool we went to South Ridge Farms Pumpkin Patch. It was the most freezing morning... but Damon didn't care. Damon seriously did not stop talking about it all day due to getting to ride on a LARGE trailer pulled behind a LARGE tractor... (Two of his favorite things at the moment.) To him, that was the life, and all he needed.... But we did manage to also run around and pick out a pumpkin to take home and carve. We loved being in our cozy home that evening carving the pumpkin as a family.... our first time, and a new tradition I think!!

Damon sitting with friends Clara, Jakell, and Emily on the wagon ride!

At home cutting open the pumpkin with Dad.

Damon, Mom, and Halle getting out the "guts" of the pumpkin.

Our finished Jack-O-Lantern... Not the most creative, but we love him.

I like your pumpkin...he's cute.

We have always painted them instead of carve them. Each year we let the girls choose whether they want to paint or carve and they always choose painting.

You have such a cute little family! Halle looks so adorable sitting there on the table and Damon looks SO excited watching you clean the "guts" out of your pumpkin! Too fun! You guys are awesome!

By the way, I love traditional Jack-O-lanterns! :]
